: That I was able to secure a reservation for my son and grandson, on short notice. The room was the last room and all though there was a burned-out light, and a broken tub fixture. The staff when notified fixed it adequately and in a timely manner
: that there was a burned-out light and a broken tub fixture that could have caused an injury

Traveller Type: young couple
: The bed was very uncomfortable and the door was hard to close.

Traveller Type: young couple
: The staff was very friendly and they had a nice continental breakfast.
: The rooms could use a little TLC. Walls were dirty, furniture damaged, broken heater, cobwebs in the corners, moldy shower and shower curtain. It was evident that some of the pictures on the walls were taken or at least missing. The screws were still there instead of taking them down or replacing the picture. The pool is ok, however the gentleman that serviced the pool did so in the evening when swimmers (including myself) were in.

Traveller Type: young couple
  : needed a place for a night
: I had requested handicap accessible--three steps with no handrails, no grab bars in shower and walker would not fit through bathroom door. Floor of shower was slippery, request for extra towels did not happen--staff did provide when I went into office. Wall socket where air conditioner plugged in was loose and caused air conditioner to work intermittently, also flashed. Apparently your booking site did not forward request.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Price, cheap bed. Doughnut and coffee for breakfast wasn't bad.
: Shower was scalding hot, no cold. When have you ever heard that before? They jambed 2 queen beds and a sofa bed into a hotel room and call it a mini suit. Road noise is pretty loud. But it was a bed to sleep in.

Very Poor

Traveller Type: family with young children
: It was quiet for the most part
: Okay number one the room itself was unsanitary smelled of mold the shower of course was the main source of mold there's more mold growing in that shower then I could imagine black nasty mold I have pictures and video to prove it second of all staff not so bad but one particular one that works there has a dog that was not on a leash and attacked my dog that was on a leash do you think there was anything done about that no of course not because his reasoning I work here I don't have to follow the rules but he does unless the property management or the law enforcement doesn't apply he doesn't staff acted like it was no big deal first thing they tell you is you have to keep your dog on a leash and clean up after your pet if you work at I guess the rules and apply to you. this is the third time my dog has been attacked by somebody else's dog not on a leash first time at this place exactly the same first day I got there I asked him as I brought my daughter first time is your dog unleashed he says no my dog is not going to go nowhere all right whatever and I walk my dog at night two nights later there's no dogs coming up and charged mine and just aggressive and I almost killed my dog. Christian man on the dog was highly aggressive I was mad too I follow the rules and my dog almost gets killed you don't follow rules and you have a right to be mad at me what the owners of this place doesn't seem to have a whole lot of concern about the safety and will be in their guest. at one point the man threaten me several times throughout the whole ordeal. Secondly besides the unmaintained dog and the smelly moldy room the cost of the room to live in that for 3 days we stayed with a hundred and something dollars a day. Too much for your dog being attacked and nobody following the rules especially employees.
